What's our returns policy?

For purchases made through Ben Summers Art Store, the studio operates a returns policy on all limited edition prints and wearable items. This extends to:   

- Blemishes on limited edition prints
- Damage to wearable items 
- Receiving the incorrect sized wearable item
- Broken or damaged frames for all limited edition prints

You must return an item within 30 days of receipt, in perfect, unopened condition, with the original packaging, we'll refund it no questions asked. We do not offer returns on any wearable items, which have been either worn or washed. 

How do I return it?

First, contact the studio here to submit your return request.  The studio will then be in contact with you to issue a unique Return Authorization Number. Keep your number safe as you will be unable to process your return without it. In some situations, you'll be eligible for a pre-paid shipping label and this will be emailed to you if you qualify. Then simply pack everything up securely and send it back to us.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive and check your goods, a refund will be made to the same payment card within 14 days of receipt. We'll always contact you if there is a problem at this stage.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS POLICY

The studio uses professional shipping couriers, for all local and international orders, for which every item of artwork is insured. We therefore expect them to arrive in pristine condition. 

We do not offer refunds, and returns on all small to large format original artworks.

As a collector and supporter, we expect a level of commitment towards an artwork purchase, and also a treatment of care once successfully delivered.

All artworks are handled with the utmost care during delivery, and therefore any specific issues concerning damage after successfull delivery, must be directed to the studio, with supporting evidence, by way of photos and a description. The studio will then guage whether damage to artwork has happened during or after the shipping process, and pursue seeking the right level of compensation for the buyer, on a case by case basis.
